Job Summary
Deliver speech-language pathology services to patients through direct provision and oversight of therapy aimed at improving communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities. Conduct patient screening and evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, manage discharge planning, and oversee case management in full compliance with state and federal regulations. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while maintaining a valid state license and adhering to infection control protocols. Contribute to the sustainability of the SLP program through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education to strengthen clinical and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
