Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients while communicating with clients and team members, maintaining accurate medical documentation and conducting ongoing training in restorative techniques. Screen patients based on identified needs and supervise therapist assistants and therapy students to ensure direct care aligns with state practice acts and reimbursement regulations. Perform duties in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies, including traveling or floating between facilities as determined by supervisor and patient needs. Participate in departmental studies and projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate departmental equipment, as appropriate
- Ability to inspire trust and respect and mobilize others
