Speech Language Pathologist

Deliver and supervise services in communication, cognition, and swallowing areas upon physician referral. Perform evaluations, develop individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implement treatment plans, reassess results, and participate in discharge planning. Requires a Master's Degree in Speech/language pathology from an accredited program, a Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire, and National Provider BLS certification.
