Job Summary
Deliver skilled speech-language pathology assessments and treatments to patients with diverse diagnoses; conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide professional consultations, and support patients toward maximum independence in communication and swallowing. Requires a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology and Oregon licensure, plus BLS certification. Day-shift on-call position at Providence Medford Medical Center; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet department needs and patient goals.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program or equivalent education/experience
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet department need
