Speech Language Pathologist - PRN

Evaluate patients using appropriate tests to determine speech therapy levels and discharge plans. Establish interventions based on physician orders and patient goals while performing techniques safely. Provide continuity of care through communication with healthcare professionals and document findings within established time frames. Instruct patients and families on home programs and facilitate referrals across the organization. Submit patient billing at the end of each day. Maintain HIPAA compliance and model organizational values. Requires 3 years of experience and a Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license.
