Speech-Language Pathologist - PRN

Job Summary
Provide skilled speech and language therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans for residents, focusing on swallowing and cognitive goals; implement AAC systems for individuals with expressive/language disorders; educate residents, families, and caregivers; coordinate with other professionals for diagnostic procedures; ensure accurate clinical documentation and billing; collaborate with Restorative Nursing and care staff; maintain resident confidentiality and comply with laws and professional standards. New graduates are welcome; in-house rehab with flexible schedules; PRN, part-time position in Corsicana, TX requiring an active Texas SLP license and SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology
- SNF/Long term care experience preferred
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
