Job Summary
Provide excellent therapy to children and families by increasing intelligibility across natural settings, improving language use, and addressing eating efficiencies. Collaborate with patients and care teams to foster growth, independence, and well-being while utilizing creative approaches in a fast-paced environment. Address difficult situations and resolve them within a multidisciplinary team approach using treatment areas including a sensory motor gym, mock apartment, and private rooms. Work part-time or PRN with flexible scheduling, no weekends or holidays, and maintain a 30-hour weekly baseline for benefits eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
- Wisconsin State Licensure through DSPS
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment utilizing creative approaches
- Able to confront and resolve difficult situations and resolve them
- Motivated to meet productivity targets and contribute to company growth
