Job Summary
Provide excellent therapy to children and families by increasing intelligibility across natural settings, improving language use, and addressing eating efficiencies. Collaborate with patients and care teams to foster growth, independence, and well-being using a multidisciplinary team approach. Utilize creative approaches in a fast-paced environment within treatment areas including a sensory motor gym, mock apartment, and private rooms. Confront and resolve difficult situations while meeting productivity targets. Flexible schedule with no weekends or holidays; health benefits available at 30 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
- Wisconsin State Licensure through DSPS
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment utilizing creative approaches
- Able to confront and resolve difficult situations and resolve them
- Motivated to meet productivity targets and contribute to company growth
