Speech-Language Pathologist [PRN]

Job Summary
Conduct speech-language pathology assessments, treatment, and discharge summaries for children and adults across three Lansing-based therapy locations. Provide education on swallowing precautions and alternative modalities to clients, staff, and external stakeholders while modeling positive behavior in a safe therapeutic environment. Document progress notes and billing information accurately, manage service schedules, and contribute to program development through data analysis and committee participation. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ASHA's code of ethics and Michigan regulations. Possess a valid driver's license and current CCC-SLP certification with active Michigan licensure. No evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in treating children and adult populations
- Possess a valid State Driver's License or ability to plan and provide transportation as required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Must maintain Michigan licensure and CCC-SLP certification throughout employment
- CPR, First Aid, AED certification (provided by Origami)
