Job Summary
Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans aligned with physician direction. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services while designing functional programs to facilitate an effective return to community activities. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers, and self. Coordinate treatment programs with other clinical services and available community resources. Requires current state licensure and a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CLS) certification within 90 days of employment. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist
- Certified CLS
- Completion in first 90 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
