Job Summary
PRN Speech Language Pathologist provides short-term, intermittent services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating pediatric to geriatric patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans incorporating language, speech, and cognitive rehabilitation techniques, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and education for patients and families. Requires a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and an active Alabama license in Speech Language Pathology.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Current Alabama license as a Speech Language Pathologist
