Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist provides evaluation services, treatment planning and implementation, discharge planning, and documentation across multiple settings. Responsible for communicating findings to patients and families, collaborating with healthcare professionals, mentoring students, and supporting program planning. Roles include clinical instruction, continuing education, and ensuring timely, accurate patient care documentation while maintaining productivity and patient access to care.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology of an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia licensure as deemed necessary for your specific location(s)
- American Speech Language Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence
