Job Summary
Conduct outpatient pediatric speech therapy sessions for children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Facilitate parent and caregiver attendance to ensure skills and home exercises are carried into daily life. Deliver best-in-class care within a multi-disciplinary environment that supports autonomy, mentorship, and growth. Work across three locations in Newark and Wilmington on per diem PRN schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
