Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans for older adults while developing and implementing clinical and educational programs. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community. Work flexible hours and weekends in Kankakee, IL, with mileage reimbursement and access to an employee-owned retirement plan. Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists
- Hold a valid state license
- Have valid CPR Certification or be willing to obtain before start of employment
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance Coverage
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
