Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices. Deliver direct therapy services, modify interventions based on patient response, and educate patients, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skills and long-term success. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and discharge summaries. This PRN role is based in Montoursville, PA, with flexible scheduling options available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome with strong mentorship offered
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- A patient-first mindset and a heart for making meaningful change
