Job Summary
Provide therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Deliver patient and caregiver education and arrange for adaptive equipment as needed. Maintain a driver's license and current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or ARC) upon hire or within 90 days. Work part-time day shifts (Monday through Sunday) with variable weekend frequency, totaling four weekly hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This role supports Corewell Health's mission of equity and community care through direct clinical service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- 2 years of relevant experience of related experience
- CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
