Job Summary
Evaluate, direct, and provide speech and language pathology services to patients in homes or facilities. Administer diagnostic tests, interpret results, and develop periodic reviews of treatment and care plans. Observe, record, and report patient condition changes and treatment responses to supervisors and physicians. Provide instruction on alternative communication systems and counsel patients, families, and healthcare staff. Maintain documentation, submit written reports, and participate in care coordination and discharge planning. Requires a current unrestricted license, six months of speech therapy experience, and valid driver's license. Pay ranges from $60.00 to $83.00 per visit or $93,900 to $129,300 annually.
