Speech-Language Pathologist - PRN

Evaluate residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits and develop individualized treatment plans to increase independence. Provide skilled assessments, implement therapy, and deliver augmentative and alternative communication systems for those with severe language disorders. Educate residents, caregivers, and other staff on treatment goals and coordinate diagnostic procedures like MBSS and FEES. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, billing records, and timely communication of condition changes while ensuring resident safety and confidentiality. Requires an active Texas license, ASHA certification, and current knowledge of treatment practices. In-house rehab role with flexible schedules and competitive compensation.
