Job Summary
Provide speech therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Conduct clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Facilitate care for older adults in their communities through FOX's pioneering Geriatric House Calls program. Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited speech language pathologist therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
