SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - PRN (As needed)

PRN Speech Language Pathologist provides evaluations per physician order, individual and/or group therapy, and consultations to promote carryover and generalization of skills. Responsibilities include documentation, supervision/co-supervision of SLP students, ensuring safety, adhering to care standards and procedures, and providing education to families, patients, and staff per the plan of care. Roles support brain injury, rehabilitation, and complex medical care within Lakeview Specialty Hospital & Rehab at Waterford, WI, including LTAC and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
