Speech Language Pathologist

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations using subjective and objective measures, then develop treatment plans and programs aligned with physician orders. Provide quality treatments to actively progress goals toward the highest quality of life while screening residents, educating families and caregivers, and coordinating seamless discharges across the therapy and fitness continuum. Deliver accurate and timely documentation and billing in the electronic medical record, demonstrating knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements. Complete supervisory visits per regulations and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and referral sources. Requires CCC-SLP certification, current state licensure, and English proficiency; part-time role with flexible schedules and paid mileage.
