Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations using subjective and objective measures, then develop treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Provide quality treatments to actively progress goals and achieve the highest quality of life for residents and clients. Perform screens, educate families, caregivers, and staff, and coordinate seamless discharges across the full continuum of therapy and fitness services. Deliver accurate, timely documentation and billing in electronic medical records while demonstrating knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements. Complete and document supervisory visits per regulations and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
