Job Summary
Provide individualized speech and language services to students and clients, conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy tailored to each individual’s communication profile. Collaborate with educators, behavior specialists, therapists, and families to integrate care plans, contribute to IEP development and review, document progress with data-informed records, coach families and staff on communication strategies, and support students in building functional communication, independence, and confidence across home, school, and community. The role supports a varied caseload in a hybrid-work setting and emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning, and professional growth within Point Quest Group’s supportive culture.
