Job Summary
Evaluate children from birth to age 21 for developmental, physical, speech, or sensory needs to determine impact on daily living, education, and social participation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans by working closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team. Provide skilled interventions including gait training, equipment management, therapeutic exercises, or speech and language therapy to improve mobility, motor skills, or communication. Accurately document treatment sessions and progress reports while maintaining professional competencies and upholding licensure standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (Speech Language Pathology)
- Master's degree in occupational therapy
- Applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (Occupational Therapy)
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (Physical Therapy)
- Federal/state licensure
- Ethical expectations
- Team player mindset
- Ability to work alongside other disciplines
