Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations for adult patients in the Jamaica, Queens area. Develop individualized treatment recommendations and deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's goals while monitoring progress and modifying plans as needed. Assess swallowing function, identify safety concerns, and educate families on compensatory strategies and diet consistency. Maintain accurate clinical records and visit notes adhering to regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- Current New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Ability to travel within assigned service areas
