Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed at The Grand Healthcare System in Great Neck area. Responsibilities include resident evaluation and treatment planning, activity selection to improve independence, progress monitoring, rehabilitation support for residents affected by injury or illness, maintaining a safe environment, confidential handling of information, accurate documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
