Job Summary
Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings to meet resident needs across the community continuum of care. Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths and preferences while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, ASHA, and company policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs throughout the care journey. This per diem role supports daily living activities at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA. Minimum one year of experience with older adults is preferred, along with current CPR certification and a valid state license.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR Certification
- Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years' experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred
