Job Summary
Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings to meet resident needs across the community continuum of care. Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, ASHA, and company policies regarding documentation, billing, and resident rights. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs holistically. Maintain current CPR certification and a valid state license. This role offers a 35.00 - 52.00 hourly rate in Peabody, Massachusetts, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k matching, and education reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR Certification
- Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years' experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred
