Speech Language Pathologist Part-time or FT

Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, providing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians while documenting evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques and strategies. This part-time or PRN role offers flexible scheduling at Pinewood Nursing Center for a therapist-led environment focused on exceptional care and rehabilitation services for seniors.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Georgia state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY considered
- Prior SNF or geriatric experience is a plus
