Job Summary
Conduct outpatient pediatric speech therapy sessions for children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Work within a multidisciplinary team delivering physical therapy, occupational therapy, and applied behavior analysis services. Maintain current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state while pursuing specialization through pediatric-focused residencies or industry-leading equity partnership opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state
