Speech Language Pathologist (Part Time)

Job Summary

Conduct speech-language pathology services for students with severe-profound behavioral and intellectual challenges in grades 2-6. Implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies and support behavior interventions within a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate on evaluations, IEPs, and documentation while receiving regular caseload support and mentorship from a Clinical Support Director. Participate in bi-weekly team meetings for networking and problem-solving. This part-time role offers an opportunity to transition to full-time depending on caseload numbers and school needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid School Speech Language Pathologist licensure

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Prior experience with documentation in the schools, including evaluations and IEPs
  • Familiarity and comfort supporting severe needs students
