Job Summary
Provide speech-language pathology services to geriatric patients in nursing home/rehabilitation settings (e.g., SNF/CCRC) with part-time scheduling (~20 hours/week). Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Opportunities for clinical mentorship, CEUs, and diverse settings (including outpatient clinics, home health, telehealth, and post-acute care) are highlighted within a national provider network.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
