Job Summary
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and quality of life. Assess swallowing functions to ensure safe eating and drinking. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to provide resident-centered care. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Celebrate milestones and encourage residents as they achieve meaningful goals. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
