Job Summary

Requires an Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license and National Provider BLS certification upon hire. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program
- Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program
- equivalent educ/experience
- Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet a particular department need
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
