Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating clients, creating individualized treatment plans, implementing speech therapy programs, and providing treatments to enhance communication skills. Candidates must have the ability to work closely with families and caregivers, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with the rehabilitation team to meet client needs. A valid Florida license and ASHA certification are required, along with a background check and a minimum of 1600 clock hours working with the pediatric population.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program
- Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Licensed in the state of Florida
- Valid driver's license
- Pass background check
- 1600 minimum clock hours working with 0-3 population
