Job Summary
Evaluate and treat children from birth to age 21 for developmental, speech, language, motor, or sensory needs to determine impact on activities of daily living. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans by working closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team. Accurately document treatment sessions and progress reports in detail while maintaining professional competencies and upholding licensure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (Speech Language Pathology)
- Master's degree in occupational therapy
- Applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (Occupational Therapy)
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (Physical Therapy)
- Ability to thrive on being part of a team, working alongside other disciplines, as needed
