Speech Language Pathologist

Assess and identify speech, language, and communication deficits in K-12 students, then develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) and targeted therapy plans. Deliver direct and consultative therapy in individual and small group formats while leading and participating in multidisciplinary IEP team meetings. Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking via compliant school systems, partnering closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student generalization. Manageable caseload sizes with a supportive administrative structure in a beautiful, community-centered rural school environment.
