Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist sought for one-on-one in-home and senior living care across Newark and Wilmington, DE. Deliver evaluations, individualized plans of care, and evidence-based therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities; collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists; educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and functional aging in place; provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate; utilize FOX’s EMR to document care; flexible, autonomous schedule with opportunities to practice in-home and community settings and to expand via telehealth.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
