Job Summary

Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills; develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans; conduct evaluations, and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress, provide caregiver education for home carryover, and coordinate services across clinic, community-based, and telehealth platforms. Manage caseload, scheduling, and ensure accurate billing practices while supporting Feeding Services and Custom Durable Medical Equipment collaborations. Full-time and part-time roles available with up to $51 per hour, plus sign-on or relocation incentives.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Arizona state licensure/certification as an SLP
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle (for community-based services)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach

Desired Qualifications

  • One year of experience preferred, but not required
