Job Summary
Assess speech, language, and voice disorders; review medical histories; and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy plans for clients with functional disabilities. Instruct families and caregivers on maintenance of optimal functioning while coordinating therapy modifications with the Director of Clinical Services and physicians. Document comprehensive evaluations, report assessments per physician orders, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Bilingual preferred; day time availability required; starting at $50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology
- one year's experience as a Speech Therapist
- Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist
- Day time availability
- Medium Work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
