Job Summary
Provide speech therapy services in clinic at partnering ABA locations for clients aged 3-12 years. Collaborate with co-treating therapists to innovate techniques and reach client goals by creating and implementing therapy programs that enhance daily living performance. Administer evaluations, analyze results, and formulate plans of care with short- and long-term objectives. Track client progression, observe behaviors, and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards while educating families to increase skill generalization. Participate in progress reports and meetings, attend continuing education, and share clinical knowledge with staff. This part-time 1099 contract role offers flexible 2-, 3-, or 5-day schedules, starting at $35 to $65 per session, with opportunities to increase caseload.
Required Qualifications
- SLP License to practice in the State of Texas
- Minimum 2-years speech therapy experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Laptop or tablet to document via Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Minimum 2-years experience with pediatrics, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and/or Sensory Processing Disorder
