Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices. Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care for both inpatient and outpatient populations. Document patient progress accurately and educate patients and caregivers to promote continued success beyond therapy. This full-time or part-time role offers a diverse caseload within a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license
- CCC-SLP
- Clinical Fellows
