Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for screening and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders; developing care plans aligned with regulatory and clinical standards; delivering rehabilitative treatment to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing; evaluating treatment outcomes and modifying services accordingly; providing consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers; generating discharge summaries in accordance with clinical requirements; opportunities for leadership in therapy management, culture, administration, and advanced clinical skills; in-house therapy collaboration with the facility’s teams to support resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Speech-Language Pathology license is required
