Job Summary

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to children based on Individual Family Service Plans, including assessments to document status and collaboration with parents to define functional outcomes. Maintain ongoing contact with service coordinators for consistency, attend IFSP and school meetings, and document session notes after each visit. Train and consult with staff as needed while supervising students in their clinical fellowship year. Requires current Massachusetts licensure, CCC, and knowledge of child development.

Required Qualifications

  • Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) granted by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association
  • Knowledge of child development
  • Must have reliable transportation

Desired Qualifications

  • 2 years experience supporting infants and toddlers preferred
