Speech/Language Pathologist

Conduct speech and language evaluations, therapy, and services for students with communication disorders using pull-out and push-in models aligned with individual IEPs. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop classroom strategies, assist with curriculum adaptations, and implement data-informed decisions to track student progress. Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations, help develop and execute IEPs, and maintain accurate confidential documentation while fostering self-confidence and social development. Adapt services based on best practices and district policies, supervise support staff, and connect families with community resources to ensure students reach their fullest potential in the least restrictive environment.
