Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication impairments using evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals and implement individualized Speech Pathology programs based on full clinical evaluations. Provide rehabilitative services under specific medical orders while participating in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans. Deliver one-on-one private treatment sessions with a functional-based approach to residents. This role features a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. We offer a not-for-profit environment where therapists lead personalized care across nearly 500 senior living communities, empowering senior adults to lead lives filled with purpose and joy.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
