Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication impairments using evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals and implement individualized Speech Pathology programs based on clinical evaluations. Provide rehabilitative services to residents under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patient care plans and conduct one-on-one private treatment sessions with a functional-based approach. This PRN role requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC- SLP)
- Minimum commitment of 8 hours per month to maintain active employment

- Desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements
