Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication impairments using evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals and develop individualized Speech Pathology programs based on full clinical evaluations. Provide rehabilitative services under specific medical orders, treating residents one-on-one with a functional-based approach. Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patient care plans. Work Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
