Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication impairments using evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals and develop individualized Speech Pathology programs based on full clinical evaluations. Provide rehabilitative services to residents under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patient care plans and deliver one-on-one functional-based treatment sessions. Enjoy a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. This not-for-profit organization serves nearly 500 senior living communities across the U.S., led by therapists dedicated to improving quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
