Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication or cognitive impairments using evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals and develop individualized Speech Pathology programs based on full clinical evaluations. Provide rehabilitative services to residents under specific medical orders through one-on-one private sessions with a functional-based approach. Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patient care plans. This role offers a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
